Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflex zones in the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ in the body. By applying pressure on these reflex points using thumb, finger and hand techniques, foot reflexology reduces stress and helps the body in its own natural healing process.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles at various acupoints to promote the flow of energy within the body. Meridians are channels in which the energy flows. When meridians are blocked, the body will be prone to disease. By removing obstructions in the meridians, acupuncture restores the body into a state of health and well-being.
Acupressure (Meridian Tui Na/Chinese Massage)
Meridian Tui Na uses various hand techniques to apply pressure to the acupoints along the meridian. By removing blockages in the meridians, Meridian Tui Na improves blood circulation and restores the body into a state of health and balance. Both acupuncture and Meridian Tui Na can be used to treat aches and pains such as headaches, shoulder pain, sciatica, and muscle pain.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
Traditional Chinese herbal medicine uses a process where the practitioner observes, listens to, enquires and read the pulse of the patient to collect information to make a proper diagnosis. A personalized herbal treatment will be given according to the individual need of the patient. We use Chinese herbs that are in a scientifically refined and concentrated form that do not require brewing. The medicine is highly pure, and has passed heavy metal testing and bacterial testing to ensure its safety.
